We offer free returns on most of our products. Returning an item(s) is quick and
easy. You have 30 days to return your item(s) from the date of delivery. Each item(s) you return needs to be new, unused and in its original packaging in a saleable condition.

Please note, for our free returns you do NOT need an account to create a return. All you need is your order number and post code as entered on your order.

Please note if, on the rare occasion, your order arrives and your product isn’t in
perfect condition; please contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days of
receiving your order. Please make sure to include clear photos and a description of the damage/fault as well as images of the packaging so we can help you further. 
Returning unwanted items via post or courier
You can return items purchased both online and in store to our Returns Department providing you have a valid proof of purchase.

We recommend using MyHermes as a low cost and effective courier service but you are free to return your goods to us via another postal or courier service. We will not accept liability for any parcels damaged or lost in transit to us.

Please remember to include the invoice or receipt of the products you are returning and whether you would prefer a refund or exchange.  We ask you to allow 3-5 working days from the time the parcel arrives with us to be processed.
